This order was a mess. The first faucet we purchased was just as represented and consequently we ordered a second
faucet which turned out to be a huge mistake. There was nothing about the second faucet that resembled the quality of the first faucet.We returned the second faucet for a full credit. Then two weeks later the first faucet we purchased started leaking at the stem. We complained about that faucet and received a full credit. The overall quality of items from LightInTheBox seems to be seriously lacking.

You Get What You Pay For
I purchased this faucet a few months before my bathroom renovation started. I purchased all my fixtures in advance in an effort to not hold up the renovation process waiting for items that may be on backorder. The faucet was shipped without any damage, however, the chrome spout felt a little rough in some areas and had a slight dimple on one side. Additionally, the end of the spout is a little sharp compared to higher end faucets that would have a more rounded/finished feel at the chrome end. The faucet is manufactured by a company called "BeeLee Sanitary Ware" which I was unfamiliar with. I was able to research online and found they are located in China (why am I not surprised). The faucet was distributed by WT Evergreen so I emailed them directly and advised of the slight flaws in the product. They were very apologetic and said they would send me a replacement and advised that I could keep the first one received with no additional cost. I received the replacement which did...
Wonderful Product
This bathroom faucet is wonderful! As stated it was easy to install and so far no issues. Would definitely recommend this product. The design is elegant/modern and looks wonderful in my bathroom, just what I needed. The customer service at WTEvergreen is AMAZING! I had a question about the product and they responded quickly and answered my question thoroughly! I will be ordering more products through this company. Love! Love! Love!!!! my new faucet!!!
