Disappointed
I received my bathroom faucet in the mail. I had purchased the product "NEW", but when I opened the box, It was not only "USED", but it had scratches all over it. It also was missing the installation manual. I attempted to exchange it, but I was told that it was not possible. I still haven't installed it.

Seriously Cool
This faucet has become a sweet conversation piece. It has received tons of compliments. It definitely raises eyebrows and puts a smile on your face. Had a plumber install it and it works beautifully with my vessel sink. Contemporary, sleek and so far, no concerns, however it's in a bathroom that doesn't get much use. Great price for such a unique faucet and I hope it lasts a long time.
