it did not work
The company replaced the fist one i received because it was defective. the product is great, and the replacement dose everything it is intended to do. Now i can jump into the shower when the light turns purple indicating that the water is not cold or hot but just right. i will say this however the shower head dose not have a shower arm and is intended to almost hang straight down as if form the celling. so be sure your willing to make the expense of an adjustable shower arm to position it right above your head if your shower arm comes out of the wall. the motor makes a noise but its not so loud as to bother me plus hey if its powering the lights itself and i'm not paying extra for a lighting bill its a plus. the company is great contact them if anything is wrong with your product and they will get you a replacement. i know that some manufacturers contact you with empty promises and then tell you to go through amazon if something is wrong with the product you ordered but this...

not well made
i was not at all satisfied with this product. the first issue is getting the protective film off of the top of the unit. not matter how hard you try some of it will be stuck at the edges.
my particular unit was defective right off the bat. when it was turned on the unit made a loud screeching noise. also the LEDs are not as bright as pictured. the LEDs are just eye candy as they are not bright enough to illuminate anything.
i ended up returning it.
noisy strobe light!!
i was SOOOO excited to get this new shower head in combination with an extended arm so my boyfriend no longer had to duck down in the shower!! Once it arrived we hooked it up immediately.... it acted like a strobe light and not like a solid light... also there are only about 8 LED;s in the whole thing so it wasnt as bright as i thought it would be... I decided i would take a shower to see if it needed to "warm up" or whatever it needed to do to stop blinking all different colors but this never happened.... also the motor is extremely noisy... all in all we took out the LED's and hydro powered motor so it is just a plain shower head... super let down!
