Great Style and Customer Service, Durability in Question
I purchased 4 of these faucets for my two bathrooms. All four arrived in nice packaging. The plumber arrived the next day and installed them. Two worked, one had a faulty hose and one had internal bleeding from the top of the faucet. I contacted the seller about the hose and they shipped me 2 replacement hoses immediately via Priority Mail. They were very responsive. The one that was leaking, I didn't notice until after the plumber left. I made sure the hoses were snug and then called the plumber back out. After working on the faucet for nearly an hour, he could not fix the leak and deemed the faucet faulty. So, I ordered another faucet and returned the faulty one. The 5th faucet arrived with a kinked hose. I tried using that hose but it began leaking almost immediately after the water was turned on. Luckily I had an extra hose from the two they sent me earlier. I was finally able to get the fourth faucet working and has been leak free for a couple of days now...

Supply Line Failure! Major Destruction in Home.
If you are considering one of these, RUN. If you've already installed one or know someone who has, CHECK on it.
Giving one star because zero is not available. Installed two of these faucets in our main bathroom in Spring 2012 as part of a complete remodel ) and they were in service just a little over 3 months. These faucets come with supply lines that appear to be a style unique to this faucet. We came home after an 11 day trip on July 5 to find the house flooded. The supply line to one of the faucets had broken apart just above the nut that attaches it to the angle stop. Water ran everywhere but the kitchen and dining room on the main floor and got to every single room on the lower floor. The water had been running for days. Between cleanup, damage to our contents and repairs, the bill is over $50,000. As I write this on August 11, 2012 we are still not back in our house and won't be for probably another month.
Think it was a fluke? About a week later...
Great Value
I was hesitant about purchasing this faucet because the price was so low and I have never heard of this brand. I bought a vessel sink from Lowes, however, they did not have any faucets in stock for the vessel sink. I would have had to special order a faucet, and I did not want to pay the $200 plus dollars. I decided to give this one a try. My dad installed this faucet last week and so far, it works great. One of the seals was cracked, but we replaced it and have not had any problems as of yet. The brushed nickle finish is very nice and matches the other brushed nickle fixtures that I bought from Lowes. If the faucet does not hold it's value, I will change my review, but so far, I am impressed with quality and price.
