I ordered two; the first arrived in multiple pcs; the 2nd got sent 600 miles the wrong direction - I told them to keep it.
I have experience designing & testing packaging for china, the packaging for this sink is pitiful. It is a one drop and done!
I loved the design of this sink especially at the price, but was very leary about the brand; they are great as far as faucets, but not known for sinks; I'm guessing this was made in China, and had Chinese packaging which is known to be well below US standards.
I ended up ordering some Kohler sinks from Home Depot - they arrived in 2 days, and were packaged most excellent - Home Depot ment them to arrive in one piece.
I am and probably always will be a loyal amazon customer, but do not buy china products from them.

Beware of this color 'white"
I was looking for a smaller rectangular undermount sink than the typical 18 x 12 for a smaller vanity and this sink would have been the perfect fit for my powder room, however when I took it out to look at it I was disappointed that this sink is more off white than a true white. Beware of the picture of this sink because it is not nearly as white in person. It might have worked but I am doing a statuary white marble bath with a crisp white toilet and this sink would have stuck out like a sore thumb so I had to return it. If you are not using white marble with true white finishes this sink would probably be great.

I purchased this sink at the same time that I purchased 2 of the KOHLER K-2214-0 Ladena Undercounter Lavatory, White. This sink is slightly smaller then the Kohler but a nice size that could be used in most bathrooms. This sink is also a softer white then the Kohler. Considering the price difference this was a great value and looks very stylish If I knew that this sink would be so nice I would have probably ordered 2 more of these instead of paying the additional amount for the Kohler. We have not yet installed the sink but the installation seems pretty straight forward.
