Very decorative
It is amazing what a little bit of texture can do for a sink bowl. It does make the sink slightly harder to clean, but not prohibitively so. It sets the sink apart from your standard sink. Self rimming sinks are superior to under-mount in my opinion because water gets trapped under the counter rim of under-mount sinks, potentially warping the counter, and under-mount sinks also require mounting hardware. 3 holes sinks can be nice because it makes it easier to clean mineral deposits from around the faucet, but I find the symmetry of this sink pleasing enough to offset that minor inconvenience of deck-mounting.
